Senior Network Engineer

Full time: Senior level network engineering, troubleshooting and technical support.

Responsibilities include:
• network design
• project management and server and internet router configuration

A positive focus on customer service and technical excellence is a must. Potential for advancement is high. Strong working knowledge of network hardware and software is required; MCSE, CNE or equivalent preferred. Please submit resumes via email to jobs@generationix.com.

Service Technician

Part/Full time (up to 30 hours per week): Supervised technical work with hardware repair and configuration projects; Delivery and setup of repaired or new systems for clients.

Applicant should have:
• an aptitude with PC platforms (Mac experience a plus)
• general knowledge of hardware and sofware — particularly Windows 95/98/NT/2000
• reliable transportation
• a professional demeanor
• positive attitude
• ability to be a team player
• strong organization skills a plus
